April 2 - Tedeschi Trucks Band - Whitaker Center at The Forum, 222 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, 717-214-ARTS. In 2011 Tedeschi Trucks Band (TTB), the 11-piece group led by the husband-wife team of Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi, debuted with the Grammy® wining album Revelator. TTB has proven themselves as one of the hottest, most uplifting acts on the road today. In just the past few months, they reached pinnacles of accomplishment that most bands spend a career trying to reach.

April 4 - 5 - PA Relief Sale - PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg PA 17110, 717-787-5373. The sale features more than 350 handcrafted quilts on display and available for purchase. Shop for handmade items at the Ten Thousand Villages booth and other artisan displays. Bid on unique items at the Country Auction, Silent Auction, and Children’s Auction. Homemade food and family activities make it an event for all ages.

April 4 - 5 - Sports Car Club of America Rally Cross - PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg PA 17110, 717-787-5373. Rallycross is like autocross, but on dirt! It's not "rallying" such as you see on TV with cars driving over large jumps or hills. The lots we use are generally flat but may have a little terrain. Time is calculated not by your best run, but by total accumulated time for all your runs for the day. Cones are still penalties when hit.

April 4 - 6 - PA State Indoor Archery Championships - PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg PA 17110, 717-787-5373.

April 5 - Los Lonely Boys - Whitaker Center at The Forum, 222 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, 717-214-ARTS. Hailing from San Angelo, TX, Los Lonely Boys are a sibling trio whose music draws equally from Rock, Blues, Tex-Mex, Conjunto, and Tejano. Such a combination is shaped by the band’s three brothers: guitarist Henry Garza, bassist JoJo Garza, and drummer Ringo Garza, Jr.

April 10 - Stars On Ice - GIANT Center, 550 Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033, 717-534-3911. Meryl DavisandCharlie White returned from the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, with the United States’ first ice dancing gold medal in history. Stars on Ice, featuring Davis and White along with their bronze medal winning teammates from the inaugural Olympic figure skating team event, will visit Hershey. The country’s premier figure skating production, Stars on Ice, in a partnership with U.S. Figure Skating, is proud to announce that for the first time ever, the U.S. Olympic figure skating team will headline the annual nationwide tour.

April 10 - 13 - Sports Car Club of America Rally Cross - PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg PA 17110, 717-787-5373. The Harrisburg Kennel Club will be holding its 83rd show as part of the four day Blue & Gray Cluster at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg. The event will include an all-breed dog show and junior showmanship competition classes for children and their dogs. Our April show draws more than 125 different AKC breeds and features unique vendors who bring a wide variety of merchandise for dogs and dog lovers that can't be found elsewhere.

April 11 - Hershey Symphony Orchestra - Hershey Theatre, 15 E Caracas Ave, Hershey, PA 17033, 717-534-3405. A season finale concert of romantic and dramatic symphonic masterpieces featuring internationally acclaimed violinist, Lara St. John.

April 11 - Harrisburg Stampede vs. Lehigh Valley Steelhawks - GIANT Center, 550 Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033, 717-534-3911. The Harrisburg Stampede take on the Lehigh Valley Steelhawks.

April 12 - 13 - The Legend of Sleepy Hollow - Whitaker Center at The Forum, 222 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, 717-214-ARTS. Enter the bewitching glen of Sleepy Hollow! You’ll get caught up into the folklore as superstitious Ichabod Crane competes with arrogant “Brom Bones” for the hand of the beautiful Katrina Van Tassel. Based on Washington Irving’s literary classic and set to Emmy Award-winning composer Lanny Meyers’ original score. Combining the magic of village lore with the Sleepy Hollow Boys’ shenanigans, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow draws you into a lively dancing tale filled with superstition, deceit and romance!

April 15 - October 11 - Music of the Night: The Songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber - American Music Theatre, 2425 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602, 717-397-7700. Music of the Night returns! Our critically acclaimed, fan favorite show graces the stage once again with the songs and sentiments that have thrilled audiences around the world. Andrew Lloyd Webber has penned some of the most widely recognized and beloved music of all time. This Sunday night, your Hershey Bears face-off against the Binghamton Senators at 5 PM! It’s HERSHEYPARK pass night and all fans will receive a complimentary one-day admission to Hersheypark valid through July 31, 2014.

April 19 - Hershey Bears vs. Adirondack Phantoms - GIANT Center, 550 Hersheypark Drive, Hershey, PA 17033, 717-534-3911. This Saturday night, your Hershey Bears close out the regular season versus the Adirondack Phantoms at 7 PM! And don’t miss the Dietz & Watson ham shoot following the game.

April 22 - Melissa Etheridge - Hershey Theatre, 15 E Caracas Ave, Hershey, PA 17033, 717-534-3405. Etheridge will only be performing 10 U.S. shows, and will be a rare opportunity to see the rock icon perform in a stripped-down atmosphere, rotating between electric and acoustic guitar, piano and harmonica. She’ll be performing new and old material, including “Come To My Window”, “I’m The Only One”, “I Run For Life”, and many more. "I enjoy doing the solo shows not only to get ready for a new album, but I also love to dive into my catalogue of songs and bring a new freshness to my older material,” explains Etheridge. “It is such an intimate experience with the audience, and it is truly one of my favorite ways to perform.”

April 25 - #Trendfest14 - Hershey Theatre, 15 E Caracas Ave, Hershey, PA 17033, 717-534-3405. Hershey Theatre in association with Live Nation is proud to welcome #Trendfest14, presented by KISS FM, FM 97, B104 and Faulkner Honda. #Trendfest14 will feature some of today’s hottest up-and-coming pop acts including Icona Pop, Hot Chelle Rae, American Authors, Cash Cash and NONONO.

April 25 - 27 - Mid-Atlantic Alpaca Jubilee - PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg PA 17110, 717-787-5373. The MAPACA Jubilee is one of the largest and most-attended alpaca shows in the United States! This show has something for everyone, and most all activities are indoors. So come rain or shine and see what all the fuzz is about!

April 25 - May 11 - Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street - Whitaker Center at The Forum, 222 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101, 717-214-ARTS. Stephen Sondheim’s musical masterpiece. Set in 19th Century England, it is the tale of Benjamin Barker, aka Sweeney Todd, who returns to London after 15 years of exile and imprisonment. He vows revenge, first on the judge who sentenced him, and later on the whole world. Joining forces with piemaker Mrs. Lovett, he opens a barbershop in which he slits the throats of customers and has them baked into meat pies. The winner of eight Tony Awards, the recent popular film adaptation starred Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter.

April 26 - Bullride Mania - PA Farm Show Complex & Expo Center, 2300 North Cameron Street, Harrisburg PA 17110, 717-787-5373.

April 26 - Bill Engvall - American Music Theatre, 2425 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602, 717-397-7700. Everyman comic, Bill Engvall, returns to AMT with his own brand of down-home humor and country comedy. His debut album, Here’s Your Sign, has achieved gold record status, and has become a comedy classic. He was named Best Male Standup at the American Comedy Awards, and took his act out on the road as part of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour with Jeff Foxworthy, Larry the Cable Guy and Ron White. Engvall’s 2009 album, Aged and Confused, reached #2 on Billboard’s Top Comedy Album charts. Don’t miss this evening of fun and silliness with Bill Engvall!

April 27 - In the Mood - American Music Theatre, 2425 Lincoln Highway East, Lancaster, PA 17602, 717-397-7700. In The Mood is a celebration of an unusual era in American music, the 1940s Swing era. Much more than a concert, In The Mood presents a retro 1940s musical revue featuring the In The Mood Singers and Dancers with the sensational String of Pearls Big Band Orchestra. His music has always remained hardcore country, but he’s drawn from all forms of traditional American music to develop a distinctive style all his own. Celebrating its 30th Anniversary, the pop culture phenomenon of Flashdance is now live on stage. With electrifying dance at its core, Flashdance - The Musical tells the inspiring and unforgettable story of Alex Owens, a Pittsburgh steel mill welder by day and a bar dancer by night with dreams of one day becoming a professional performer.
